We are passionate about creating a professional image that focuses on converting clicks into customers.

First impressions are everything. We can either develop to meet specific designs from Adobe XD or use our creative minds to design your corporate site for you. We're flexible in our approach and understand that every business has different requirements when it comes to branding and design.

User Experience

Alongside the web design, the UX/UI is crucial as it lays out the path of the customer's journey on your website and aims to provide a positive browsing experience. We'll plan this with you to understand your goals and implement the structure required to meet the needs of your target audience.

From brand showcases to scalable e-commerce websites, we can develop as per your requirements.

Development is just as important as design. We develop using high-quality code on the worlds most popular open source and user-friendly content management system. For businesses, this means a platform that is flexible, scalable, easy to manage, and one that provides security and performance enhancements at no cost.

Functionality encompasses everything from how users interact with your site to dynamic content. During the planning phase, we'll communicate to find out what functionality your site requires to best capitalise on the leads and sales it generates. From cart abandonment recovery to CRM integrations, we've got you covered.

The performance of a website is crucial as case studies show that websites that are slow to load have poor user engagement leading to pieces of art, rather than sites that convert users into customers. After we've developed your website, we carry out performance optimisations to ensure that loading speeds are high.

With over 10yrs experience in search marketing, your site will be developed with SEO in mind from the outset. Post-launch, we can also provide managed SEO services to increase your online visibility, conversions and sales as well as in-house training so you can develop the skill set required to achieve similar results internally.

We'll collaboratively plan and deliver a digital experience that works for you and your customers.

1. Planning

We start with extensive planning ensuring we have a good grasp of your business, market and goals. We'll make sure we're all on the same page, regarding design, functionality and implementation. We're happy to meet face to face or can communicate via phone, Skype or Zoom meetings.

2. Design

After the initial planning phase, we'll agree on how to proceed with the website design. From branding to structure, we'll collaboratively work together to ensure we deliver and meet your business requirements. Once we have the website visuals signed off, we'll move to the development phase.

3. Development

During this phase, we'll have regular communication to keep you informed of progress. For businesses that already have a corporate website, we'll carry out the web design and development on our staging servers to ensure no downtime to your customers.

4. Launch

Once everything has been developed, tested and transferred to your servers, we'll provide a two-hour training session, either in-house if you're based in Hereford, or via Zoom, to show you how to manage and update content on your website.

It doesn't end with delivery. We can assist with digital growth, website support, consultancy and training.

We're not an all-in-one digital marketing agency offering every service under the sun. Our key area of expertise revolves purely around web and SEO services. From website maintenance and support to in-house marketing training, we help businesses increase their organic growth and above their competitors.

We provide fully managed SEO services for businesses looking to increase not only brand positioning within search engines but also conversions and sales. Our data-driven approach aims to increase your organic growth without fuss while keeping the technical jargon at a minimum.

Competitive Research

Data is the key to digital marketing success. Our competitive research and data insights offer invaluable data into online competitors, what customers search for and changing trends. This data is the difference between guessing and understanding how your customers and competitors behave online.

While we develop on an easy to use content management system, not everyone has the time or interest in managing their website. We provide website maintenance and support packages to suit these individuals and businesses taking care of everything from content management to theme and plugin updates.

Consultancy & Training

Search algorithms are forever evolving, and this is where our consultancy and in-house marketing training comes into its own. We provide solutions for individuals who are responsible for looking after the company website so they can develop the knowledge and skills required to achieve organic growth internally.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every design and development project varies, and the costs are dependant on the complexity of the design, functionality, and number of pages. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs and we can give you a custom quote.

Web designs are graphic artists who use their creative inputs to come up with designs that fit your branding and vision. Web developers turn these designs into fully functional websites while also adding in functionality requirements.

Sure. If you already have designs created, we can work off those. From wireframes and prototypes to hand-drawn concepts, we will collaboratively work with you to turn your visions into reality.

We will work collaboratively on the project with you though you can take the lead. After all, it is all about your requirements and goals. Some clients like us to advise, which we are happy to do. Others like to have full control which is also ok.

Yes. We are a small team, and throughout the web design process as well as the development, you will only have to deal with one person to ensure no miscommunication.

No. There are no hidden or ongoing costs unless you require 3rd party functionality/integration, which is out of our control. For example, some clients have requested integration between their CRM and the e-commerce platform (Netsuite to WooCommerce as an example).

Unlike some web agencies that tie you into a proprietary content management system, you will own 100% of the website.

We use WordPress, the most popular, open-source content management system in the world. As it is open-source, this means there are no license fees, no restrictions, and offers scalability, unlike other content management systems.

Development time varies due to every project being different in terms of size and complexity. For most clients, we find that the design aspect takes around two weeks, with an additional four to six weeks for development.

Yes. You will get to review the web designs and make revisions. Only after you've signed them off, do they go to the development process.

The hosting of the website will be down to you to manage as this is not a service we provide. We've partnered up with SiteGround to offer website hosting to our clients. They are who we use for our company site.

After the website has been finalised and handed over, we provide a 2hr training session. Covering the CMS, we will show you how to update and manage your site internally. We also provide website management and maintenance services to businesses looking for a more hands-off approach.

We're in Hereford, Herefordshire. For local businesses, we are happy to come in to keep you up to date on the progress. Alternatively, we are always on the other end of the phone, email or can arrange Zoom meetings.

No. Most business owners already have a corporate website, and it does not make business sense for their customer base to experience downtime during the development process. Every aspect of the web design and development process is done on our development servers and then transferred to your live host out of hours.

For full scope web design and development projects, 50% of the amount listed in the proforma invoice is due before the project starts, with the remaining 50% due once the project is complete.
