What platforms do you work with?
Commonly, we design and develop for WordPress and Shopify. They both have their merits and depending on the requirements, one or the other may be more suitable. We can, however, design for any content management system and are always happy to recommend a CMS after assessing your business’s needs.
What's the difference between UX and UI?
UX stands for User Experience, and UI stands for User Interface.

UX focuses on the user experience and the customers journey from the initial visit to completion. For service-based businesses, this may be a lead-generation enquiry or viewing your services, and for eCommerce owners this will be the ease of use in finding and purchasing products.

UI focuses on the design and visual elements that make the same journey more desirable. This includes branding elements such as fonts, colour palettes, imagery, call to actions etc. Both aspects of design are crucial to create an experience that makes it easy for the user to accomplish their desired task.
Does our website need a UX overhaul?
